Head of Marketing (Fractional / Contract to Hire)

We are looking for a Head of Marketing (Contract-to-Hire) — a high-level strategist who can also roll up their sleeves and ensure execution. This person will act as a Fractional CMO & Campaign Director, overseeing lead generation, campaign strategy, UGC creators, ad campaigns, webinars, and the full marketing ecosystem.Key Responsibilities • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute launch campaigns for HDA Financial coaching programs, Breakthrough Blueprint coaching, and HDA Insurance funnels. • Campaign Execution: Oversee paid ad campaigns (FB, IG, TikTok, bolthires) and optimize for lead generation and sales. • Creative Direction: Manage and guide UGC creators, video editors, and designers to ensure brand consistency and high-quality visuals. • Funnel & Webinar Management: Build, optimize, and manage funnels, webinars, and challenges (via GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, Kajabi, Skool, etc.).• Lead Generation: Ensure consistent flow of high-quality leads into sales pipelines. • Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs (leads, CPL, ROAS, conversions) and adjust strategy weekly. • Team Coordination: Collaborate with leadership and oversee part-time specialists (ad buyers, editors, creators). Qualifications • 5+ years in marketing strategy and campaign management (coaching/consulting/financial services experience strongly preferred). • Proven track record scaling online programs, coaching offers, or service businesses.• Strong grasp of paid ads, funnels, and webinar-based marketing. • Experience working with UGC creators and managing creative teams. • Ability to balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution. • Data-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
