Responsibilities
ΓΒ This fully remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home after completing an initial training period on-site, providing you with both flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to exceptional customer service
ΓΒ Demonstrate a proactive and enthusiastic approach to your work, showing initiative
ΓΒ Manage tasks with a strong sense of urgency while effectively multi-tasking
ΓΒ Review all orders meticulously for completeness and accuracy
ΓΒ Enters information into databases and/or software programs by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on a keyboard or optical scanner, uploading data from outside sources, and/or transcribing audio and video content.
ΓΒ Reads source documents, such as canceled checks, sales reports, or bills, and enters data in specific data fields using keyboards or scanners.
ΓΒ Compares data with source documents and utilizes documentation verification formats to detect and correct recording and data entry errors and reports them to supervisors as needed.
Qualifications
ΓΒ Quick and accurate typing and word processing skills
ΓΒ Accuracy and attention to detail
ΓΒ Integrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality and privacy
ΓΒ Ability to read, understand, evaluate, and verify a wide range of materials and information in order to recognize and correct discrepancies

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $40.00 - $45.00/hour.
