Remote Recruiter for US 1099 on-call contractors

What You’ll Do • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for U.S.-based roles • Source proactively using various platforms (Workable, LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards etc.) • Post jobs, screen candidates, and schedule interviews • Keep Workable updated and organized daily • Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment KPIs - Hire 10 on call techs per week • Provide a positive and timely candidate experience • Suggest improvements in job ads, interview questions, or sourcing strategies Requirements • 2+ year of recruiting experience, preferably with U.S.-based roles • Hands-on experience with Workable ATS preferred • Comfortable talking on the phone, at least 12 value calls per day to hire 10 techs minimum per week • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Sheets, Docs) • Strong communication and time management skills • Highly proactive and resourceful—someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do • Ability to work independently and take initiative • English C1-C2 Benefits • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Remote flexibility • Clear growth opportunities • Play a key role in shaping a strong team Payments through payoneer once a month Contractor position 100% remote This offer from "Geeks on Site" has been enriched by Jobgether.com and got a 0% flex score.
