Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including campaign planning, execution, and analysis
Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights, and develop recommendations for business growth and improvement
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, and ITP
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions
Develop and implement projects to improve customer engagement and experience
Provide excellent customer service and support to internal stakeholders
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and customer engagement
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in marketing, customer engagement, and data analysis. You will also need to possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
At least 2 years of experience in marketing, customer engagement, or a related field
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop insights
Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and customer engagement
Preferred Qualifications
In addition to the essential qualifications, we are looking for candidates with experience in data analysis, project management, and customer relationship management. You will also need to have a strong understanding of marketing automation tools and platforms, as well as experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Experience in data analysis, including data visualization and reporting
Experience with marketing automation tools and platforms, such as Marketo or Pardot
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, such as Salesforce
Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello
Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning (STP)
