 Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers.
 High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a big plus.
 1-2 years of experience in call center or customer service roles.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
 Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
