Responsibilities Work in a global team to collaboratively design and develop a platform that provides world class Compliance tools and services that is compliant and able to provide best user experience and stick to the regulatory requirementsReview the business requirement and come out with Product Requirements Document (PRD) to ensure the project is executed according to schedule to meet the deadlinesCommunicate with Engineers / Designers as well as internal stakeholders like Compliance and Customer Service to ensure the products offer the greatest value are prioritizedTrack and analyze key metrics to solve issues and drive continuous improvementsConstant refinement on workflow design to ensure the system is intuitive for seamless operation to drive the efficiencies and user experienceSupport the Regional/Global Heads and work with different stakeholders to coordinate the implementation of productArticulate new features and enhancements to users and internal stakeholders Requirements 5–8 years of proven experience as a Product Manager, preferrably in the tech, fintech, finance or blockchain industryStrong background or hands-on experience with Compliance processes such as AML, Transaction Monitoring etc. is a significant advantageProven ability to lead complex projects and deliver scalable solutions in fast-paced dynamic environmentsExpertise in product lifecycle management, preferably within an agile frameworkExceptional time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize objectivelyLogical thinker with a talent for identifying and articulating rationale, assumptions, and risksExcellent collaboration and communication skills, capable of working effectively across diverse teams and stakeholdersFluent spoken and writtenEnglish & Mandarin is a plustoliaise with overseas partners and stakeholdersSelf-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and results-driven environment.
