GoHighLevel Automation Specialist – Missed Call → SMS → AI Booking Workflow

We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Automation Strategist & Builder to design and build a complete missed-call → SMS → AI booking workflow that we can test, refine, and then scale across multiple client accounts. This role requires someone who already knows what works for service-based businesses and can take ownership of the workflow design, not wait for us to map every step. We want you to: Decide how the workflow should be structured Build it end-to-end in GoHighLevel Help us test and validate it before rollout What you will build (initial test system) A GHL phone number that forwards to the client’s main phone A missed-call trigger An immediate SMS response to the caller A two-way AI-driven SMS conversation with the goal of: Qualifying the lead Guiding them to book a consult or request a callback Calendar booking or callback logic (you will recommend best practice) A clean, reliable workflow that can be saved as a snapshot Once built, we will test this internally before deploying it for clients. Your role in this phase Design the workflow logic based on best practice Build the workflow directly in GHL Explain your decisions clearly (brief Loom or notes) Flag any assumptions, limitations, or optimisation ideas Ensure the system is simple, stable, and repeatable If the test performs well, this will become a core system we deploy repeatedly.
