Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional consumer support by managing incoming webchat and phone inquiries, adhering to established guidelines and ensuring timely resolution. Provide accurate and relevant educational resources and answers to consumer questions, utilizing approved FAQs and demonstrating a deep understanding of the life sciences sector. Identify and escalate priority issues to your manager or designated Nurse Navigator, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining high-quality service. Maintain a high standard of professional communication and etiquette during all interactions, reflecting the company's commitment to excellence. Document all relevant information accurately within our systems, ensuring data integrity and facilitating seamless follow-up. Complete all required training and comply with protocols to ensure safety, quality of service, and adherence to regulatory standards. Essential Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you must possess: A valid LPN licensure, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the nursing profession. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent listening capabilities, to effectively engage with consumers and internal stakeholders. The ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely responses and resolutions. Exceptional follow-up skills and meticulous attention to detail, driving high-quality outcomes and consumer satisfaction. Proficiency in typing at a minimum speed of 35 words per minute, facilitating efficient communication and documentation. Additionally, the following skills and qualifications are highly valued: Familiarity with the Google Drive platform, enhancing your ability to collaborate and manage documents. Bilingual language skills, particularly fluency in Spanish, which can significantly expand your impact and support for diverse consumer populations.
