Job Summary We are seeking a SailPoint Engineer / Analyst to design, implement, and support Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using SailPoint. This role blends hands-on engineering with business analysis to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient identity lifecycle management across the organization. Key Responsibilities • Design, configure, and support SailPoint IGA solutions (IdentityIQ / IdentityNow) • Analyze business and security requirements and translate them into IAM solutions • Implement identity lifecycle processes including joiner, mover, and leaver (JML) • Configure access request workflows, approvals, and certifications • Develop and maintain connectors and integrations with target systems • Support role modeling, entitlement management, and access policies • Perform troubleshooting, upgrades, and performance tuning • Assist with audits, compliance reporting, and access reviews • Collaborate with security, IT, and business stakeholders • Create and maintain technical and functional documentation Required Skills & Qualifications • Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow • Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts • Experience with access certifications, provisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC) • Knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD, and other identity sources • Scripting experience (Java, BeanShell, PowerShell, or similar) • Familiarity with REST APIs and web services • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills Apply tot his job
