About the position Working within the Perricone MD brand business unit reporting into the Director, the Performance Manager will be responsible for the delivery of our acquisition and retention growth targets whilst also collaborating with Channel Directors to deliver our marketing strategy. Working with marketing channel directors and channel teams you will be responsible for driving spend and channel activation aligned to the campaign calendar to achieve key business results (ie. total customer acquisitions at target CAC). You will be responsible for coordinating our monthly approach across all channels, both paid and free, reporting on performance and learnings and continually adapting strategy based on results and desired business outcomes. You will own the creation and delivery of monthly marketing KPIs for Perricone MD whilst supporting the Channel Directors in delivering the overall annual marketing strategy. Liaise with Content, Social, Campaign, Events and Digital teams to execute 360 marketing campaigns and amplify marketing coverage. Responsibilities • Building new campaigns across Display, Video and Amazon campaigns • Work alongside Directors to create and deliver monthly revenue and marketing COS% targets whilst owning all progress reporting on each channel's performance and the rolled up position • Creation of and reporting on all weekly and monthly new customer, CAC, SPA and product category mix targets, generating insights to support in-month optimizations • Ensuring all performance marketing activations closely align to the trading, social and brand marketing calendars to maximize customer acquisition opportunity within the market • Input into creative campaign ideation and strategies to build brand awareness as well as own the collection and distribution of customer insights • Confidence and experience managing seven figure budgets • Working closely and managing relationship with platform account managers to ensure best in class channel development • Using data driven insights to quickly iterate and methodically improve results day on day, week on week, and month on month • Working with our in-house design team to deliver banner and ad creation • Constant optimization of campaigns to agreed revenue and ROI targets • Managing daily paid campaign spend to ensure optimum campaign performance • Make useful recommendations on how to develop paid strategy and the ways in which to implement these changes • Conducting competitor research and analysis • Interpreting campaign briefs into paid media execution across multiple platforms and audiences • Reporting and analysis to show the impact of work • Working collaboratively with other channels and departments to share insights and develop data-led strategy Requirements • 1-3 years of ecommerce performance marketing experience. In-house performance marketing experience preferred • Prior responsibility of owning at least one performance marketing channel's budget and performance related outcomes a must • Experience in driving multi-channel/cross-channel performance and strategy a plus • Experience working in performance driven marketing environment and with familiarity with AdTech and measurement approaches to drive decision making based on incrementality opportunities • Proven ability to work autonomously and deliver results • Highly numerate with strong analytical skills and business acumen • Strong stakeholder management skills with a significant portion of the role being focused on being able to coordinate and execute cross-function planning Benefits • Salary: $67,500 - $75,000 • Hybrid Work Model (3 Days in Office, 2 days WFH), Office Location: 115 Broadway, New York, NY • Medical, Dental, Vision plans • Generous PTO (Paid Time Off) • Summer Fridays • Exclusive employee discounts off THG Brands • Many more...
