Whether you’re a licensed physical therapist or an experienced trainer with a passion for musculoskeletal care, this part-time, fully remote position offers the flexibility to make a meaningful impact from anywhere. You will empower clients by developing tailored care plans, providing expert guidance on physiotherapy techniques, and supporting their journey toward pain relief and functional recovery. This role is perfect for motivated professionals eager to leverage their expertise in a flexible, virtual environment dedicated to enhancing patient outcomes.

About the program

We help remote workers aged 30–60 with chronic neck pain get long‑term pain relief and a better quality of life in 12 weeks, 100% online. Clients get customized weekly routines plus regular 1:1 support via Zoom and in‑app messaging.

Role overview

You’ll be the primary coach for 10–20 clients (with capacity up to 40) dealing with chronic neck and spine issues. Your job:
• Keep them engaged, supported, and on track
• Adjust their programs weekly
• Help them achieve real reductions in pain and improvements in daily life

• Update weekly programs inside Trainerize (5–10 minutes per client per week)
• Send 1–3 proactive check‑in messages per week per client to support, encourage, and keep them accountable
• Respond to all in‑app client messages within 12 hours max
• Track basic outcomes and adherence (pain changes, function, completion of routines)
• Collaborate on Instagram content around neck pain, remote worker health, and long‑term results (e.g. ideas, drafts, short tips)

You will NOT be responsible for:
• New client acquisition / sales
• Billing or admin
• Running the business backend

Qualifications
• Licensed physical therapist or certified experienced trainer with a strong background in musculoskeletal health and patient care
• Strong interest in neck pain and chronic pain; ongoing self‑education in this area
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to orthopedics
• Excellent communication skills to effectively educate clients on treatment strategies and self-care practices
• Comfortable and professional on video (Zoom) with a clean, quiet setup
• Tech‑savvy enough to use Trainerize and messaging reliably
• In your application, please put TPT as your last name on the form. If you do not, this will exclude you from the qualifications for this job.
• High empathy, patience, and genuine care; clients feel seen, not like a number

Culture & collaboration
• Weekly team meetings and case reviews with the founder
• Treatment planning will be a mix of:
• Following existing structures and frameworks, and
• Taking full ownership of plans for some clients over time
• You’ll grow by taking on more treatment‑planning autonomy and eventually owning most or all fulfillment if it is a fit.

Compensation
• Base: $500 + $100 per active client per month
• Client load target: 10–25 (with potential to scale up to 40)
• Additional incentives for:
• Clients staying beyond 12 weeks
• Strong outcomes and client reviews
