Key Responsibilities
Deliver captivating and interactive online instruction to small groups of 2-6 students.
Utilize provided materials to facilitate effective teaching and ensure students attain a profound understanding of mathematics.
Monitor and assess students' academic performance, offering constructive feedback and fostering their growth.
Guarantee timely delivery of all course content, maintaining a structured yet adaptable teaching approach.
Required Skills
Strong expertise in high school mathematics, particularly in Calculus and Statistics.
Excellent communication abilities to engage and motivate students in a virtual setting.
Proficiency in online teaching tools and platforms, alongside strong organizational skills and adaptability.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree or higher (Ph.D. or Ed.D.) is preferred.
At least one year of teaching experience in the relevant subject area, with high school teaching experience viewed favorably.
Flexibility to provide 2-3 teaching time slots during weekdays.
