Job Overview As a Technical Program Manager III at Workwarp, you'll be responsible for leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, working closely with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You'll use your technical expertise to develop strategy based on research, translate data into insights, and provide recommendations to executives and engineers alike. Your work will have a direct impact on the development of our infrastructure, applications, scalability, and storage solutions, ensuring that our products and services are always available, reliable, and performant. Key Responsibilities Provide insights to engineering teams and influence product direction to enable partnerships and drive innovation Develop, build, and evolve insightful metrics with reliable supporting datasets to provide visibility into engineering solutions and customer insights Organize, oversee, and ensure the maintenance of development-oriented tooling and dashboards, recommending appropriate changes in investment over time Determine what needs to get done in an ambiguous environment and work on requests from multiple leads to deliver results Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan requirements, identify risks, and manage project schedules Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders, including executives, engineers, and other partners across the company Minimum Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field At least 5 years of experience in program management, with a focus on technical programs Experience with SQL, data, analytics, data-sites, Data Studio, dashboards, and generating insights Experience developing strategy based on research and data analysis Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects Experience translating data into insights and recommendations Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities Strong technical skills, including programming languages and data analysis tools Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: Strong technical expertise, including experience with infrastructure, applications, scalability, and storage solutions Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop insights Experience with project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to drive change and innovation Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At Workwarp, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
