Perform batch operations as per service agreements, analyzing first-level issues across systems, and resolving/routing issues as appropriate
Develop support system management processes specific to customer requirements, ensuring the highest level of service to our customers
Supervise and control intricate networks and applications, operating distributed systems in a multi-vendor environment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify career paths and drive personal and professional development
Requirements:
Minimum 3-6 years of experience in Mainframe Operations
Proven ability to manage production operating system resource availability, monitor production operating systems and devices, and perform root cause analysis and resolution
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
