[Remote] Integrated Media Planner, Ptarmigan Media

Ptarmigan Media, part of OMG, is seeking a dynamic Integrated Media Planner to manage client business, develop media strategies, and analyze campaign performance in the Financial Services sector. Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day stewardship of client business • Develop media plan recommendations across both tactical and high-impact/custom activations to meet client goals • Support and analyze campaign performance, delivering insights, key takeaways, and optimization recommendations • Manage budgets, flowcharts, and campaign pacing to ensure fiscal accuracy and alignment with client objectives.• Guide junior team members in developing clear, strategic RFPs to inspire innovative and first-to-market media partner proposals • Maintain visibility into all active projects across planning, digital, and investment teams • Respond to client needs with speed, clarity, and professionalism • Assist in building project timelines and coordinating cross-team inputs to ensure deadlines are met Skills • 1.5+ years media planning & buying experience at a media agency • Working knowledge of full-funnel, cross-channel media including Digital (Search, Social, Programmatic, Video, Content, Display), Print, TV/OTT, OOH, and Audio • Ability to recommend and implement innovative channel and process improvements • Strong analytical skills with ability to evaluate digital performance and report on KPIs across multiple tactics • Proven negotiation skills that drive incremental value for clients • Proficiency in tools such as bolthires Analytics, DoubleClick/DFA, bolthires Data Studio, Prisma, etc.• Ability to build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with media partners • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills • Collaborative team player with a consultative mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent attention to detail • Advanced proficiency in bolthires Office • Financial Services experience preferred but not required Benefits • Health insurance • Vision insurance • Dental insurance • 401(k) • Healthcare Flexible Spending Account • Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account • Vacation days • Sick days • Personal days • Paid parental leave • Paid medical leave • STD/LTD insurance benefits Company Overview • Optimum Sports is a sports marketing agency for sports that has expertise in branding, investments, client relationships, PR and strategy.It was founded in 2003, and is headquartered in New York, New York, USA, with a workforce of 51-200 employees.
