Field Service Engineer – Industrial Equipment (Western U.S.) Are you enthusiastic about hands‑on engineering, problem‑solving, and helping customers succeed? Join our dynamic team as a Field Service Engineer, where you’ll install, troubleshoot, and repair state‑of‑the‑art CNC fabricating machine tools for major manufacturing clients throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico. What You’ll Do: • Travel nationally to customer sites—primarily in the western US—to install, service, and repair high‑performance industrial equipment and CNC machine tools. • Deliver exceptional technical service to ensure maximum machine performance and customer productivity. • Document technical conditions and customer machine information, providing improvement suggestions where necessary. • Train customers on proper operation and maintenance procedures to help them achieve peak efficiency. • Serve as a knowledgeable service ambassador, representing our brand and building lasting customer relationships during installations and repairs.
