[Remote] Full-Cycle Recruitment Partner – Healthcare (Remote | Commission-Only)

They are seeking experienced Recruitment Partners who excel in business development and full-cycle recruiting to manage recruitment processes and build client relationships. Responsibilities • Develop and manage client relationships with hospitals, medical groups, and community health centers nationwide • Handle the entire recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and final placements • Identify new business opportunities and secure signed agreements in line with MedScope’s guidelines • Partner with other recruiters on split placements to expand coverage and earning potential • Maintain organized records of candidate and client activity • Represent MedScope with professionalism and integrity in all communications Skills • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or business development (healthcare strongly preferred) • Proven success managing both client acquisition and candidate placement • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Strong sourcing and outreach abilities using LinkedIn and recruitment tools • Independent, entrepreneurial, and highly self-motivated • Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to operate as a 1099 contractor Benefits • Fully remote — no quotas or micromanagement • Access to active job flow from hospitals, medical groups, and community health centers • Freedom to build your own book of business and earn from both clients and placements • Opportunity to collaborate on splits with other experienced recruiters • Direct partnership with the firm’s leadership • Unlimited income potential and full professional independence Company Overview • MedScope Advisors is the trusted talent partner to healthcare organizations where precision isn’t optional — it’s foundational.
