[Remote] Expert Innovative Statistics Consultant

Note:The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Cytel is seeking an Expert Innovative Statistics Consultant to join their Strategic Consulting Practice. This role involves advising clients in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device sectors on clinical development and regulatory strategies, while also contributing to thought leadership in the industry. Responsibilities • Deliver strategic advice that integrates clinical, regulatory, and commercial perspectives • Lead complex consulting projects with cross-functional teams of consultants and analysts • Develop innovative, data-informed solutions using both traditional and novel approaches • Build and manage client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of their evolving needs • Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing accounts • Engage regularly with senior client executives, regulatory authorities, and industry leaders Skills • Advanced degree (Master's required, PhD preferred) in Biostatistics, Mathematics, or a related field; MBA, MD, or other advanced degrees are highly desirable • 10–15+ years of experience in clinical trials, biostatistics, or health research • Deep understanding of biopharmaceutical R&D processes and business strategy • Proven experience with regulatory strategy and engagement (FDA, EMA) • Strong leadership and client-facing consulting experience • Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinker, and excellent communicator • Willingness to travel and engage directly with clients and stakeholders Company Overview • Our mission is to improve success rates in this endeavor via the optimal design, effective implementation It was founded in 1987, and is headquartered in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA, with a workforce of 1001-5000 employees.Its website is Company H1B Sponsorship • Cytel has a track record of offering H1B sponsorships, with 35 in 2025, 54 in 2024, 37 in 2023, 46 in 2022, 43 in 2021, 33 in 2020.
