Video Editor (Social Media + YouTube) — Remote
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Video Editor to support a growing media company producing content for creators and brands with audiences from 10K to 1M+ followers. This role requires strong editing ability, fast turnaround times, and consistent attention to detail. Key Responsibilities • Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) • Edit long-form YouTube content • Add captions, transitions, b-roll, and sound effects • Assist with thumbnail creation and content packaging • Write video descriptions and social captions • Post content to client social accounts when needed • Support the CEO with content-related admin tasks Qualifications • Proven experience editing social media and YouTube content • Strong organizational skills and deadline reliability • Ability to manage multiple projects at once • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Motivated to grow with a long-term team Preferred (Not Required) • Based in the Dallas area for occasional in-person collaboration Application Instructions Please submit: • Portfolio link • Examples of your best short-form and YouTube edits • Availability and typical turnaround time To prove you read this, include the word “SCALE” in your application subject line.
