Job Description As a Disney Remote Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests across Disney platforms—including theme parks, streaming services (Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+), and merchandise. You’ll respond to questions, resolve concerns, and guide customers with empathy, clarity, and the brand integrity that Disney is known for.
