What You'll Do
? Represent and market personal development and leadership programs through digital channels.
? Participate in weekly online development sessions to enhance product and marketing knowledge.
? Conduct consultations with individuals interested in personal growth and leadership development.
? Manage your workflow and schedule independently (minimum of 15-20 hours/week).
? Engage with a supportive professional network and ongoing training.
What We're Looking For
? 5+ years of experience in coaching, learning and development, training, or related fields.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
? Confidence using digital tools, including Zoom, email, and social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
? Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and tasks independently.
? Alignment with values of personal development, leadership, and lifelong learning.
? Based in Australia, USA, Canada or NZ.
