Job Description
• Analyze and document business requirements related to marketing campaigns and sales processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address business needs.
• Ensure compliance with marketing content creation and adherence to associated regulations.
• Support the design and implementation of solutions to manage leads and prospects effectively.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing and sales operations.
• Coordinate with technology teams to ensure seamless integration of business solutions.
• Monitor and report on the performance of implemented strategies.
• Assist in creating detailed documentation for workflows and processes.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Business Analyst should have:
• At least 7 years of professional experience and at least 5 years as a Business Analyst in the Marketing and Sales business domain.
• Strong understanding of marketing campaigns, content creation, and compliance requirements.
• Must be comfortable with platforms like Salesforce MCAE, CMS systems, analytics tools, compliance platforms, and event technologies.
• Has experience using marketing technology (CMS/CMP/Red Marker or Intelligence Bank/Red Oak) and compliance regulations related to marketing content.
• Proven ability to manage leads and prospects efficiently.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address business challenges.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in documenting workflows and processes.
