As a key member of our sales leadership team, you'll be responsible for managing the sales and clinical teams for your assigned territory, nurturing our culture of trust, honor, and integrity, and driving exceptional results. If you're a motivated and results-driven sales professional with a passion for leading high-performing teams, we want to hear from you. **Responsibilities** As a Regional Territory Manager and Clinical Team Oversight leader at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Directing the region's sales activities to meet annual growth and revenue objectives * Leading and managing the Region Clinical Manager, collaborating with them on the direction and development of the region clinical consultant team members * Directing the sales performance in specified regions * Identifying, hiring, retaining, and developing talent through proactive performance management * Developing strategies for launching new accounts and greater penetration in existing accounts * Establishing effective communications with executives and managers across the company to ensure proper sensitivity to the needs of sales * Leading difficult sales negotiations, especially with larger prospects * Collaborating with cross-functional departments within the organization to support region growth **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales * At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of success in managing high-performing teams * Strong knowledge of the medical device industry and sales strategies * Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams * Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that result in exceptional results * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset: * Master's degree in a related field, such as business or marketing * Experience working in a similar role at a medical device company * Strong knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools * Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with executives and managers * Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and sales strategies **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with executives, managers, and sales teams * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions * Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that result in exceptional results * Strong knowledge of the medical device industry and sales strategies * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
