Full-time position β FULL-TIME DAYS OR NIGHTS β
Work in a specialty ACUTE setting with medically complex patients β

Supportive, mission-driven work culture focused on quality outcomes What Youβll Do: β’ Provide direct care to critically ill or medically complex patients β’ Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans β’ Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings β’ Educate patients and families, and serve as an advocate for long-term health and recovery β’ Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines What Weβre Looking For: β’ Active RN license in Texas or compact state β’ 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred β’ BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire β’ Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to excellence in patient care β’ Compassionate, team-oriented mindset Job Type: Full-time Benefits: β’ Dental insurance β’ Health insurance β’ Paid time off β’ Vision insurance Work Location: In person β
