This is not a casual hire. This is a precision placement. Your mandate is simple: find the person who can eliminate friction, move fast, think clearly, and take ownership. WHAT YOU’LL BE DRIVING 1. Deep Role Diagnosis You will capture the operating style, decision velocity, expectations, and execution standards of the environment. This becomes your master calibration. 2.
