This is a pivotal role for a seasoned wordsmith with deep expertise in the professional beauty industry and a strong mix of B2B and B2C experience.

This role requires someone who understands the nuances of the professional beauty landscape and can translate complex product features into clear, persuasive, action-oriented copy across multiple platforms.
What You'll Do
Strategic Promotional Copy Development
• Concept, write, and refine high-impact promotional copy aligned to brand voice and marketing objectives
• Ensure cohesive messaging across integrated campaigns
Multi-Channel Campaign & Advertising Copy
• Develop headlines, taglines, and CTAs that are concise, memorable, and conversion-focused
• Write for both digital and print beauty marketing initiatives
Digital Marketing & Email
• Craft compelling email campaigns from subject line to CTA
• Write engaging preview text and body copy that drives open rates and click-throughs
• Develop digital asset descriptions and promotional messaging
Social Media & Community Engagement
• Write paid and organic social copy that builds community and drives product awareness
• Create campaign captions and interactive content tailored to beauty professionals and consumers
Website & Brand Messaging
• Develop clear, pithy landing page copy focused on user experience and product benefits
• Contribute to brand messaging refinement across digital touchpoints
Professional Beauty Industry Focus
• Write directly to the needs, aspirations, and expertise of beauty professionals
• Translate technical formulations and product features into persuasive, benefit-led language
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of salon/spa operations, stylist workflows, and industry education trends
What You Bring
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field
• 5+ years of professional copywriting experience with a robust promotional portfolio
• Extensive experience writing for the Beauty Industry (required)
• Strong mix of B2B and B2C writing experience (required)
