Opportunity: Part-Time Self Motivated Property Assistant for High-End Properties

We are seeking a muture, experienced, semi-retired individual who is reliable, and looking for a part-time position with flexibility. This role will be crucial in maintaining the high standards of our luxury apartment building. Here’s what we’re looking for:

Key Responsibilities...
• Work alongside management and general contractor to enforce checks and balances that attract quality tenants, this means you are organized and handle detail well.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure the exterior of the buildings have strong curb appeal.
• Organize shops, take inventory, and assist with logical ordering of supplies.
• Take photos, report regularly, and work directly with the property owner.
• Remain neutral when interacting with tenants, and prospective tenants. All interactions are done with professionalism. They are rarely ever friends, provide assistance when necessary, and know how to set and maintain reasonable boundaries.
• Manage bookkeeping tasks and ensure accuracy - Accounts payable skills are a must.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience critically thinking, comprehending that problems only have solutions when you own and run properties. You're logical and good natured.
• Strong bookkeeping skills are essential.
• Stay organized and handle multiple projects at a time calmly and logically.
• Some basic tech experience, on-site camera systems, run a cell phone, video tours...
• Great physical health to manage hands-on tasks.
• A positive attitude and the ability to remain professional and approachable.
• Flexibility in working hours that may vary throughout the year—being able to give more time when needed and scale back during slower periods.
• This can start out as a hybrid job but eventually becomes a position where you are at the site with some flexibility. To Start - No housing will be provided initially. Individual must prove themselves in the role first and this can be done starting with hourly salary remote if necessary.
