Business Analyst

They are seeking a Business Analyst who will work closely with clients on consulting projects, providing product expertise and managing customer issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesWork directly with clients on various short term consulting projectsTake guidance from more senior staff to be able to solve customer problemsTake part in several remote implementations including the implementation and training of various Prophix solutionsProvide product expertise and guidance to internal and external customersWork independently and proactively to manage customer issues and to assure the highest levels of customer satisfactionRespond to inquiries pertaining to customer's business problemsWork on internal project work, under the guidance of the PS teamSkillsA mix of experience, training, or education that helps you succeed in this roleAccounting experience is a definite assetTwo (2) or less years of relevant work experienceMust possess strong business and entrepreneurial skillsSuperior communication and presentation skillsStrong organizational ability is required as the candidate will be required to manage multiple projects concurrentlyMust be comfortable working in a project environment interacting with senior level executives including CFOs, VPs and other line finance staffMust possess a working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and be familiar with the financial statement preparation process.
