Principal Product Manager, Sandbox & Demo Environments

Remote Full-time
Shape the future of how Intuit's mid-market customers, partners, and sales teams experience the Intuit Enterprise Suite — before they ever go live!

As Principal Product Manager for Sandbox and Demo Environments, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the tools, platforms, and experiences that enable prospects, customers, partners, and internal teams to explore, evaluate, and demonstrate the full power of Intuit Enterprise Suite. This is a high-visibility role within the Mid-Market group, sitting at the intersection of product, sales, partnerships, and customer success — directly influencing how we win, retain, and monetize relationships with the most ambitious mid-market customers.

We're looking for a product leader who thrives in ambiguity, has a builder's mindset, and understands that a great sandbox or demo environment isn't just a technical asset — it's a revenue accelerator and an increasingly important line of business in its own right.

Responsibilities
• Define and own the product vision for Intuit's mid-market sandbox and demo environment capabilities, serving the needs of sales, pre-sales, partners, onboarding teams, and customers across the Intuit Enterprise Suite
• Build and drive the roadmap for scalable, self-serve sandbox provisioning, sandbox telemetry and management, realistic demo data, and guided demo experiences that shorten sales cycles and increase customer and partner confidence
• Lead the commercialization of a sandbox offering, including defining feature sets, packaging, and go-to-market strategies as we transition sandboxes from a free offering to a revenue-generating product
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Engineering, Channel Partnerships, Customer Success, Engineering, and UX to identify gaps in the current demo and trial experience and prioritize high-impact solutions
• Establish metrics and success criteria for sandbox and demo environment usage, including adoption, engagement, partner utilization, and contribution to pipeline, conversion, and revenue
• Lead discovery and validation with prospects, customers, and partners to continuously improve the realism, reliability, and usability of demo environments
• Collaborate with platform and infrastructure teams to ensure sandbox environments are performant, up-to-date, and reflective of production capabilities
• Communicate strategy and progress clearly across all levels, from engineering squads to senior leadership

Qualifications
• Minimum 7 years of Product Management experience, preferably at a SaaS company serving mid-market or enterprise customers
• Demonstrated experience building products or platforms in support of sales, pre-sales, or partner/trial workflows — sandbox environments, demo tooling, or similar a strong plus
• Experience with monetization strategy and commercializing platform capabilities, including pricing, packaging, and go-to-market execution
• Strong technical fluency with the ability to engage credibly with engineering teams on infrastructure, environments, and data architecture
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, distributed environment, with excellent communication skills across all levels
• Strong data orientation — comfortable defining KPIs, running experiments, and making evidence-based prioritization decisions
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
