Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products Track, document, and retrieve information in databases Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables Offer additional products and services to customers Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile Qualifications and Requirements To excel in this role, you should possess a strong focus on building customer relationships, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
