Principal Consultant – Strategic Growth & Delivery Partner (Boutique Firm) - Contract to Hire

I lead a boutique consulting firm focused on operations strategy, service design, customer experience, and systems transformation. As the firm continues to grow, I am looking to connect with a senior-level Principal Consultant interested in building and delivering together over time.

This is not a short-term contract or staff augmentation role. I am seeking a strategic delivery partner — someone who enjoys independent consulting but sees value in collaborating to pursue, win, and execute larger engagements under a unified firm model.

The right collaborator:

• 8+ years of consulting or senior operational leadership experience

• Comfortable leading client-facing engagements

• Strong in structured problem solving and executive communication

• Experience in complex, people-heavy environments

• Interested in co-bidding and solution design for new opportunities

• Comfortable delivering within a boutique firm brand environment when appropriate

• Values long-term professional collaboration over isolated project work

What this partnership may look like:

• Co-leading client engagements

• Supporting proposals and strategic solutioning

• White-label delivery within firm engagements when needed
