Client Service Associate

Gould Asset Management is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as a Client Service Associate. In this role, you will handle investment operations and client relationship management, ensuring clients feel cared for and resolving complex issues while supporting senior client service staff.ResponsibilitiesWork with clients, advisors, and custodians to respond to service requests promptly and with minimal disruption to the clientPrepare and process client account paperwork and track open items with the utmost attention to detailFacilitate transfers of funds and securitiesResearch and resolve complex client account-related issuesMaintain client records and document account activities in our CRM (Salesforce)Reconcile daily cash flows across client accountsPrepare regular firm-wide and client reportsServe as a primary point of contact for clients and keep them informed on outstanding service requestsBuild trust and maintain professional rapport with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetingsCoordinate with clients’ accountants and attorneys on tax and legal mattersManage inbound calls and emails from clients and custodiansSkillsBachelor's degree requiredHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional email etiquetteEfficient time management and ability to juggle competing prioritiesComfort navigating custodian platforms, document management systems, and CRM toolsExperience working at a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), broker-dealer, or custodian preferred; financial fluency is a plusExperience with Salesforce, DocuSign, and/or Tamarac is a plus—training providedNotary public a plusBenefitsHealth insurance401(k) with employer matchPaid time offPaid market holidaysCompany OverviewGould Asset Management specializes in investment management and financial planning services.
