About the position Responsibilities • Manage Business Partner Engagement alongside the Division Chair of Revenue Cycle. • Lead the planning and execution of business analysis endeavors. • Synthesize and drive solutions between operations, work units, suppliers, and technical areas. • Provide direction, coaching, training, and mentorship for team members and colleagues. • Develop the business analysis approach using a data-driven methodology. • Ensure developed solutions satisfy stated requirements and business objectives. • Develop strategic partnerships with internal and external business entities. • Research and consolidate information to identify potential business relationships and partnerships. • Analyze operational procedures and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness. • Stay current on industry knowledge, practices, and trends. Requirements • Bachelor's degree and 9 years of experience in business analysis, business administration, engineering, information science, health, or a science-related field. • OR a Master's degree and 7 years of experience in the same fields. • CBAP Certified Business Analysis Professional, CCBA Certification of Competency in Business Analysis, or PMI-PBA Professional in Business Analysis preferred. • Prior leadership experience and executive presence are preferred.
