Accounts Payable (Entry Level Accounting)
About the position Join our dynamic team as an Accounts Payable Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in processing between 50-70 invoices daily. In the initial two months, you will be responsible for reviewing invoices received through Kofax, ensuring all data is present, and submitting them into Microsoft 365. Additionally, you will assist with printing and mailing checks and comparing invoices to purchase orders. After the first three months, your role will expand to include full cycle processing responsibilities. Responsibilities • Process 50-70 invoices daily. • Review invoices for data accuracy and submit them into Microsoft 365. • Assist with printing and mailing checks. • Compare invoices to purchase orders. • Take on full cycle processing responsibilities after the first three months. Requirements • Detail-oriented and highly organized. • Quick learner with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Adaptability and flexibility to pivot and take on new tasks at a moment's notice. • Open to entry-level candidates with a degree in accounting or finance.
