We are currently seeking a reliable and focused Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, and has excellent typing skills. The individual will be responsible for maintaining our database by entering new and updated customer and account information. The person should be able to work independently with minimal supervision and have the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently. We value accuracy and efficiency and are looking for a candidate who can deliver both.
Job Type: Part-Time
Working Hours: Flexible
Responsibilities:
1. Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits.
2. Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information.
3. Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible.
4. Using software to input, edit, save and back up, and retrieve data.
5. Maintaining confidentiality and security of client information.
6. Regular communication with team members regarding data changes or updates.
7. Participating in team meetings and trainings.
8. Ensuring regular backups to prevent data loss.
