Recruitment Administrative Coordinator - 6-12 months

They are seeking a Recruitment Administrative Coordinator to provide efficient administrative support to the recruitment process, manage various account-specific activities, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.ResponsibilitiesManaging account specific administration activities such as CV capturing, requisition management, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist management, updating applicant tracking system and pre-employment screeningManaging other various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment processCollaborating on or completing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports accurately as required within the set deadlinesBuilding and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors (ie pes vendor) and other account stakeholdersEnsuring stakeholders are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processesManagement of day-to-day queries relating their area of responsibility, ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessaryParticipating in continuous improvement implementation within the immediate teamSkillsDemonstrated ability in interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist management, booking travel arrangements, email response handlingStrong learning agility/or the ability to learn quicklyAbility to work effectively in fast paced, high touch environmentStrength in problem-solving, communication, analytical thinkingEffective English business communication skills, written and oral, plus any client specific languages as requiredWorking knowledge of Microsoft packages; Outlook, Word, ExcelBenefitsMedical/RxDentalVisionSpending AccountsLifeVoluntary Benefits401(k)Paid Holidays/Vacation/Sick TimePerformance BonusVolunteer day - you get one additional paid day off each year to volunteer for a cause that matters to youCompany OverviewThe ams OSRAM Group, including the listed companies ams AG as parent company and OSRAM Licht AG, is a global leader in intelligent sensors and emitters.
