Job Title: Project Manager – Medical Coding Services
Location: Remote (must be available during Pacific Time business hours)
Compensation: $65 per hour

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee all aspects of our medical coding services contract with the County of Orange. This role will serve as the primary liaison with the Health Care Agency (HCA), manage daily operations, ensure staffing compliance, monitor performance, and fulfill all reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact between our company and County stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all contract terms, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and scheduling of medical coding staff.
• Monitor productivity and quality assurance metrics.
• Manage issue resolution, escalations, and change management.
• Prepare and submit monthly performance and activity reports to the County.
• Support audits, reviews, and evaluations as needed.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing healthcare or medical coding contracts.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare compliance requirements.
• PMP certification preferred.
