Google Ads PPC Specialist Needed for Keynote Speaker / Thought Leader Marketing
We are seeking a PPC specialist with experience in B2B lead generation—ideally someone who has worked with keynote speakers, thought leaders, coaches, or consultants.
This is not a typical eCommerce or product-based PPC role.
Our goal is to generate qualified speaking inquiries from event planners, conference organizers, and corporate leaders.

We are preparing to launch targeted Google Ads campaigns to drive high-quality leads for speaking engagements.
Budget & Scope
Monthly ad spend: $500–$1000
Platform: Google Ads (Search focused)
Ongoing management with optimization and reporting
We are looking for someone who can maximize a smaller budget with a highly focused strategy.
Target Audience
Event planners
Meeting planners
Corporate leadership teams
HR and training leaders
Conference organizers
Responsibilities
Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns
Conduct keyword research focused on speaker booking intent
Recommend and optimize landing pages for conversion
Set up and monitor conversion tracking
Provide clear, actionable monthly reports
What We’re Looking For
Experience with B2B lead generation campaigns
Strong understanding of conversion-focused PPC strategy
Ability to work effectively within a limited ad budget
Familiarity with marketing for speakers, coaches, consultants, or thought leaders (preferred)
We are not looking for basic campaign setup—we want someone who can strategically generate qualified speaking inquiries.
Long-Term Goal
We are looking for a partner who can:
Launch and optimize campaigns
Improve conversion performance over time
