[Remote] Business Development Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. LearnWell helps behavioral health hospitals by providing high-quality educational programs for school-age patients. We are seeking a driven Business Development Representative who can help us expand our academic services to hospitals and treatment facilities across the United States, generating new sales leads and executing sales strategies in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Research calls Adding contacts to our CRM General research emails Discovery calls with targets to identify pain points Maintain a clean CRM Personalized emails when the ideal customer has been identified Ultimately scheduling qualification meetings with partnership consultants Skills Bachelor's Degree required (sales or marketing preferred) Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a business development function Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint Excellent phone, writing and listening skills Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow and excel in their role Interest in healthcare and/or education Travel is up to 20% as needed LearnWell is a Boston based company.
