Responsibilities ? Recording and sending invoices ? AR Collection (following up with clients on upcoming payments and overdue balances) ? Email and Zoom communication with the Accounting and other Departments within the Company ? Working with payment platforms such as Stripe etc. ? Email/phone communication with clients Qualifications ? QB Desktop ? Microsoft Office (including knowledge of Excel) ? G Suite (Google Spreadsheets) ? Reliable ? someone who coworkers can depend on ?
