Relationship Management: Establish and nurture lasting relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Networking: Collaborate with colleagues and clients to identify opportunities for cross-selling and referral generation.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated with changes in insurance products and industry regulations to provide the best solutions to clients.
Requirements
Licensing: Must hold a valid Michigan Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Customer Service: Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Problem Solving: Ability to assess and address client needs and concerns effectively.
Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
