Scan to BIM Professional (Revit) | Point Cloud to BIM Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Scan to BIM professional to join us on a project basis, with the possibility of ongoing USA Project collaboration for the right candidate. The ideal candidate should have more than 1 years of hands-on experience converting point cloud data into accurate BIM models using Autodesk Revit. This role requires strong technical skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to strictly follow BIM standards and client requirements. Key Responsibilities • Convert point cloud data (RCP / RCS / E57 / LAS) into accurate BIM models • Develop LOD 300 – LOD 400 models as per project requirements • Model architectural and basic structural elements accurately • Maintain correct levels, grids, coordinates, and alignments • Follow client BIM standards, naming conventions, and templates • Perform self-quality checks (QC) before submission to minimize revisions • Communicate clearly regarding progress, technical issues, or missing data Required Skills & Experience • Minimum 1+ years of professional Scan-to-BIM experience + CAD to Revit • Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, ReCap, and AutoCAD • Solid experience working with point cloud data • Good understanding of LOD standards, BIM Execution Plans, and tolerances • Ability to accurately interpret site conditions from point clouds • Experience with Matterport, Leica, FARO, or similar scan data (preferred) • Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines .
