This opportunity supports the Data Analysis Search Host (DASH) database developed by the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research at the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). • Troubleshooting issues in data workflows and entry interfaces
• Assisting in improving Microsoft Access-based forms and data tools
• Setting and enforcing quality standards to meet contract requirements
• Resolving issues and facilitating communication between the Contractor and FDA project teams
• Supporting documentation and quality checks to help ensure compliance with FDA data standards and administrative guidelines
• Participating in setting task deadlines, tracking technical deliverables, and escalating any issues to ensure timely resolution
• Contributing to enforcing quality work standards as part of a broader FDA regulatory data management team
• Supporting compliance with administrative and contractual requirements through documentation, coordination, and progress reporting

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Access and structured data systems in a regulatory or public health setting preferred
• Knowledge of quality standards enforcement and compliance monitoring in government contracts
• Familiarity with project management tools (such as Microsoft Project or JIRA) is a plus but not required
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Demonstrated ability to help resolve issues that impact project delivery timelines
• Ability to support enforcement of work quality standards across multi-task technical projects
• Experience supporting compliance with administrative or contractual requirements in a regulated environment
