Senior Siemens PLM Administrator
Hermeus is an aerospace and defense technology company founded to radically accelerate air travel by delivering hypersonic aircraft. The company aims to develop hypersonic aircraft quickly and cost-effectively by integrating hardware-rich, iterative development with modern computing and autonomy. This approach has been validated through design, build, and test of the company’s first combined turbojet-ramjet engine and is now being scaled through its first flight vehicle program, Quarterhorse. Hermeus is also developing Darkhorse — an uncrewed hypersonic aircraft designed to deliver unique asymmetric capabilities to the warfighter. Hermeus is actively seeking a passionate and talented individual to join our expanding team as a PLM/CAD Administrator. As a pivotal team member, you will play a key role in supporting our engineering and design teams, ensuring seamless collaboration, and efficient management of data beyond CAD using Siemens Teamcenter. This is a unique opportunity to help design, implement, and administrate Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). You will assist in building training, user support, and work with key stakeholders to successfully deliver key objectives. Responsibilities: Teamcenter Administration:Configure and maintain Siemens Teamcenter PLM software, with occasional non-standard hoursProvide user support and training as neededCollaborate with cross-functional teams and other administrators to seamlessly integrate PLM into other systems such as ERP, MES, and Data LakesImplement and enforce data management best practices within the organizationDevelopment using ITK within TeamcenterCAD Administration:Manage CAD software installations, configurations, and updatesProvide day-to-day support to CAD users and promptly troubleshoot issuesFacilitate the implementation of new CAD tools and featuresData Integrity and Security:Implement and maintain data security measures to safeguard sensitive engineering informationRegularly audit data repositories to ensure data accuracy and consistencyAudit data backup and recovery processes to ensure the reliability of disaster recovery Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered5+ years of PLM or related experienceFamiliarity with Siemens Teamcenter and CAD software (e.g., Siemens NX)Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
