Content Specialist
Radancy is a leader in talent technology, seeking a Content Specialist to enhance customer support by managing and improving Help Center and internal documentation. This role involves collaborating with various teams to create clear and actionable content, ensuring consistency, and monitoring content effectiveness.ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage all content within the Radancy Support Center — drafting, editing, publishing, and archiving articles and video content as neededWork with subject matter experts across Delivery, Product and Support to capture knowledge and translate it into clear, actionable resourcesMaintain internal documentation that supports team onboarding, training, and resolution workflowsEnsure consistency in tone, format, and structure across content to deliver a seamless customer experienceMonitor content effectiveness through feedback, usage data, and case deflection trends — identifying gaps and updating materials proactivelyPartner with Support Ops to maintain templates, tagging, and organizational structure for easy content navigationSupport new product and feature rollouts by creating help content and ensuring internal teams are equipped with accurate guidanceAct as the point person for content audits, seasonal cleanups, and ongoing knowledge base optimizationSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Technical Writing, Support, or a related field1+ years of experience creating or managing support content, documentation, or enablement resourcesStrong writing and editing skills — able to simplify technical topics into content that is easy to understandExperience working with Zendesk Guide or similar help center platformsDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skillsComfortable collaborating with multiple teams and managing feedback from various stakeholdersA passion for clarity, usability, and helping others succeed through great contentBenefitsComprehensive medical coverage, with dental, vision and life insuranceCompetitive 401(k) plan with employer matchingUnlimited flexible time off (FTO)World-class training that keeps you at the forefront of innovationCompany OverviewRadancy delivers the future of talent acquisition with an AI-powered platform that simplifies hiring and accelerates results.
