**Key Responsibilities**
As a Nordic-speaking Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing great customer service to our clients via phone, email, and in some cases, chat
* Finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly
* Working with clients in the Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian markets
* Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and improve our services
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Fluency in any of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian)
* A good command of English
* Passion and interest in customer service (previous experience is not required but valued)
* Ability to work from one of our offices or from the comfort of your home within the Baltic region
