Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Service Delivery Analyst to join our team in Sacramento, USA. As a Service Delivery Analyst, you'll be responsible for executing analysis on provider, buying, and records payable data to identify and address data issues. You'll work closely with our internal clients to provide expert support and guidance, ensuring seamless execution of our P2P activities across a global scale. Key Responsibilities Accomplish Results: Execute analysis on provider, buying, and records payable data to identify and address data issues, including the ability to extract data to perform analysis. Help Others Succeed: Act as a vital contributor in resolving complex or expedited requests, where start-to-finish ownership and technical skills are required to provide solutions. Essential Qualifications We're looking for candidates with: Four-year degree and at least 2 years of experience in a supply chain, accounting, or related business role, or a High School Diploma and at least 5 years of experience in a purchasing, supply chain, accounting, or related business role. Experience in creating and utilizing complex SQL queries or other comparable database tools (2-3 years). Experience with a coding language like Python (1-2 years). Ability to convert raw data into a usable and visual representation that supports business decisions or enables precise execution of the required action (1-2 years). Practical knowledge and understanding of ERP systems (Prophet, SAP) (2-3 years). Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business standards and practices to achieve effective results in cross-functional tasks and activities. Working knowledge of supplier lifecycle management, supply chain operations, contracting practices, and purchasing practices or invoicing practices. Demonstrated ability to communicate across all levels of business and clients (written and orally). Preferred Qualifications We're looking for candidates with: Experience with cloud-based applications and web development. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum principles. Experience with data visualization tools and techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
