About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and building lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments within arenaflex to ensure customer satisfaction. Respond to customer inquiries for information and pricing, data entry, and requests for technical support. Effectively interact with multiple departments, such as service parts, field service, materials, production, logistics, sales, finance, and management. Answer all incoming customer calls from customers/sales reps and service techs and serve as a back-up for placing service part orders. Assist customers by determining order status and working to resolve product-related problems and questions. Inform customers of standard procedures when placing an order and follow up (verbally or in writing) to ensure customer satisfaction. Follow a standardized order entry process to ensure 100% accuracy for all orders (as defined by arenaflex) that are submitted electronically or by fax with 48-hours of receipt for capital orders and 24-hours for service orders. Initiate and track documentation to authorize and direct work according to customers' contractual obligations. Perform with honesty and integrity, instituting a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service. Build relationships and foster teamwork with fellow team members, leadership, and individuals within other departments. What You Need To succeed in this role, you will need: Required Qualifications 2+ years of work experience in a customer-facing role. High school diploma or equivalent. Proficient computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications. Preferred Qualifications Experience with ERP systems, such as JDE, SAP, Sales Force, or Genesis.
