Job Responsibilities • Research the latest AI tools, platforms, and automation technologies suitable for corporate functions (e.g. Merchandising Operations, Technical Services, Finance, Human Resources, Logistics, etc.). • Work directly with functional teams to document their routine tasks, processes, and operational challenges. • Conduct workflow analysis to identify areas for process optimization or automation. • Build structured reports summarizing findings, opportunities, and tool recommendations. • Assist in preparing presentations, demos, and documentation for internal stakeholders. • Support small scale testing or proof of concept activities under supervision. Requirements • Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines. • Basic understanding or strong curiosity about AI, machine learning, and digital transformation. • Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Comfortable working with diverse teams and managing multiple tasks. • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and basic data analysis tools is a plus. • Self-motivated, detail oriented, and eager to learn.
