What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and test functionalities, APIs, and integrations for new products

- Manage code versioning and CI/CD practices
- Guide the team in technical decisions and development practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with Java / Spring Boot and/or Python
- Development of backend services, RESTful APIs, and system integrations
- Knowledge of relational (PostgreSQL, Oracle, DB2) and non-relational databases
- Experience with Kafka and messaging solutions (e.g., RabbitMQ)
- Familiarity with AWS cloud environments (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, etc.) and Docker containerization practices
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS, EKS)
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture
- Previous project experience in the financial or insurance sector
